FAQ's

Do fleet management services save money in the long-run?

Yes, studies show by staying on top of maintenance, trucks have less breakdowns, less roadside service needs, less unexpected down time, and more safety for drivers. In the long-term, keeping fleet trucks in their best working order with regular maintenance saves money from repairs, downtime, insurance, and it keeps drivers safe.

What is fleet management and how is that different than fleet maintenance?

Fleet maintenance refers to any maintenance done on a fleet vehicle. Fleet management adds the extra benefit of scheduled maintenance. It’s difficult to keep track of the maintenance needs for the different vehicles in a fleet, so we use software that tells us exactly when and what kind of maintenance is needed on your truck. Instead of you keeping track and having to call and schedule maintenance, we will contact you when it’s time for service.

Do you offer roadside assistance outside of your area?

Yes, for our current customers. In those circumstances, we will work with another emergency services company closer to the breakdown at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer roadside assistance at night and on weekends?

Yes, for our current customers.

Do you offer roadside assistance for frst-time callers?

We offer roadside assistance for current customers using our fleet services

Do you service personal vehicles?

We are only licensed and insured to work on commercial vehicles.

Do you service cars and vans?

We specialize in commercial trucks, but yes, if they are part of your fleet. We serve Class 1-8, light, medium and heavy duty diesel and gas trucks.

Are you a dealer?

No, we are not a dealer.

Why is high quality #1 in fleet maintenance?

When it comes to projects like these, project management triple constraint, demonstrates that you can only focus on two of three goals/constraints: cost, time to completion, or quality. If you want something that’s budget friendly and fast, then quality is sacrificed. Or if it’s cheap and high quality, then it cannot be done quickly. If you want something that’s high quality and fast, you must sacrifice low prices.

We would argue that in this industry where timeliness is critical, budget-conscious services generally mean sacrificing quality, which is worse in the long run because low quality leads to:

● Repairs that aren’t done right and must go back to the shop, taking more time.

● More future breakdowns, costing more money.

● Drivers at risk, which puts the business in danger of incurring higher insurance rates and workers’ comp.

In the end, it is unwise to forsake quality.

How much do your services cost? What is your hourly rate?

If you give us a call to describe the vehicle and situation, we can provide you with an estimate. It’s hard to list our prices online because there are many factors that come into play like type of vehicle, work needed, location if doing mobile services, and if there’s a need for roadside assistance.

Our services focus on high quality maintenance and quick turn-around times. We cannot offer this level of service for a cheap budget. However, we do offer fair prices. We do not do major markups, and if we need to outsource work, we don’t mark that up, and we don’t pass that onto the customer unless there are special circumstances. We also don’t require long-term contracts, so if you aren’t happy with our services, you can leave at any time.

How long will it take to get my vehicle back up and running?

We understand that having your truck running is your livelihood, so we pay a lot of attention to the time t takes to get it back to you. One of our top goals is to get your truck operating for you as quickly as possible. We have several policies that help us achieve this. We work by appointment, so we can make sure to set aside the time you need for maintenance. We also offer mobile repair, so your trucks don’t even have to leave the property. As one of our customers we will even shuttle your vehicle back and forth from your location.

In the situation of a repair, we might not be able to fix it the same day, but we will start the diagnostic process and communicate with you what to expect. We also don’t like having work orders open for more than a week, and if a repair has gone on that long, we start problem-solving to get it completed ASAP.

Can I Swing By or Should I Contact You Ahead of Time?

We work by appointment, so yes, we need contact prior to you coming by, but we try to make this as convenient as possible. You can call or text our main number or you can send us an email or service request, which you can find at the top, right of our website.
